Verne Harnish
Verne is founder of the world-renowned Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and chaired for 15 years EO's premier CEO program, the "Birthing of Giants", held at MIT. Founder and CEO of Gazelles, a global executive education and coaching company with hundreds of partners on six continents, Verne has spent more than 30 years educating entrepreneurial teams. The "Growth Guy" syndicated columnist, he's also a regular columnist for Fortune magazine. He's the author of Scaling Up, Mastering the Rockefeller Habits and, along with the editors of Fortune, authored The Greatest Business Decisions of All Time, for which Jim Collins wrote the foreword. Verne chairs annual Growth Summits in North America, Europe, and Asia and continues to teach in the MIT-based executive program he founded. He's married with four children and enjoys piano, tennis, and magic as a card-carrying member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians.
Warren Rustand
Warren S. Rustand is an entrepreneur, educator and public servant, having served as the appointments secretary to President Gerald Ford during Rustand’s time as a White House Scholar. He is past chairman of the World Presidents’ Organization (WPO aka YPO Gold), Dean of Learning on the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Entrepreneurial Masters Program, and Dean of the EO Leadership Academy. He has served as CEO or Chairman of 17 companies and on the Board of Directors for 50 public, private and not-for-profit organizations.
Rolf Schrömgens
Rolf is a serial entrepreneur. In 1999, while still attending
university, he co-founded one of Europe’s best funded start-ups. But his
second company, trivago, that he founded in 2005 became his largest
success. He developed the hotel search engine with more than a billion
Euro in revenue to one of Germany’s largest tech companies and brought
trivago public at NASDAQ in 2016.
Still the CEO of the company, he drives trivago’s unique company
culture that helps it to learn faster and be more agile than other
companies of a comparable size.
Jonas Kjellberg
Jonas is the co-creator of Skype and was appointed as the Managing
Director of the company between 2003-2007. In 2006 eBay acquired Skype
for $2.6 billion. Since the outbreak of COVID we are seeing many
technologies disrupting the market and preparing their companies for the
new reality. Skype did that back in 2003 with a groundbreaking
technology.
Miranda Naiman
Miranda describes herself as ‘an unstoppable force for good’ and is the Founder of Empower - a disruptive Growth Consulting Firm that passionately provides Talent, Advisory and Insight services to clients across the African continent. She is a Forbes-acclaimed, Tanzanian Entrepreneur with an academic background in Education and Theatre for Development who strategically transferred her skillset to the private sector in 2009 when she founded Empower. She relishes connecting with nature by spending time on the beach, hiking mountains and sharing quality moments with family enjoying great food.
