Tim Holmes is Senior Partner and Head of Sales for Sirdar Group Limited. Before joining Sirdar in 2013, Tim worked for 26 years in various IT-related businesses in the investment management industry. Since then, he has focused on building his knowledge and skills as a director and has served on eight fee-paying boards, seven as independent non-executive chairman. He also facilitates governance workshops, presents regular webinars, mentors SMEs, and gives training and team workshops based on the Contribution Compass profiler tool. Tim joined EO Cape Town in 2021.
