• Intro to GSEA: What GSEA is and how it supports your community. We'll also tour your responsibilities and time commitment required so you can plan ahead.
• Student Value: Hear directly from the students as to the positive experience they’ve had with EO and what sets GSEA apart from other competitions .
• Organizational Structure: We will look at the organizational structure of GSEA, the program initiatives, and how GSEA leadership can provide support. 
• Event Planning & Competition: Deep dive into how to plan for an event, understand all the moving parts and how to set yourself up for success.
• Student Recruitment: Next, we’ll review the eligibility requirements, walk you through the application process and review best practices on how to recruit students.
• Chapter & Board Engagement: Now that you understand how to host a competition, learn how to best engage your chapter for support.
• External Awareness: GSEA is one of the best ways to engage the greater entrepreneurial ecosystem. Learn how the chapter can engage the community.
• Student Mentorship & Coaching: Go the extra mile and provide mentors for your students. In this segment, learn how to prepare your student for their presentation.
• The Path to EOA: GSEA is an excellent pipeline into the Accelerator Program. Hear one GSEA alumni’s journey from GSEA to Accelerator into EO and how the contacts made were pivotal to his success.
